5 minute drive to the centre of town and located close to pubs and clubs as well as a golf club and Lake Wendouree.

Summary: This little house is so very well set up. It’s immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable and has a lovely outside area to sit when weather permits. Communication with owner was always helpful and prompt. Cannot fault!

Summary: This is a delightful cottage, close to Ballarat central. Very warm and cosy, with a lovely fireplace in lounge plus electric blankets on the beds. It has a lovely outdoor area (which we did not use as Ballarat is cold in the winter.) but i can see a family would be able to have a great BBQ outside. Kitchen was well stocked with what you might need to cook and nice meal.but there is plenty of places to get a quick takeaway if preferred. It also has cieling fans in all of the rooms and air con in lounge, so summer is also sorted.
