Positive: The whole experience was great! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Spa was wonderful, not over crowded and all facilities working. And the food was amazing, truly delicious 😋

Negative: We expected the paper to be delivered to the room but it was waiting at reception, which was fine.

Positive: Stayed for a wedding as guests, was very convenient to the barn location which was fantastic. Staff in the bar and breakfast area, were great and it's clear these areas have been recently renovated to a high standard.

Negative: Front desk staff were not that friendly, you have to pay extra to use the spa. Expensive for what you get - our room was one of the older ones and incredibly hot. Window only opened ajar and the AC didn't work.
