Positive: Charming Hotel in a newly renovated building right on the water. We walked there from Irun on the Camino del Norte - it was the perfect first stop. Excellent everything: staff (so welcoming and accommodating!), the shower (hot!), the bed (comfortable), the view (we had a balcony with a little table and two chairs to look out at the water and the promenade.) Highly recommended.
Negative: There was nothing I didn't like.

Positive: Lovely little hotel. In an old building, but newly and very nicely refurbished. Nice rooms. Directly at the waterfront. Very central location, easy to reach via the ferry and close to nice restaurants. Very friendly and helpful host. Tipp : visit the Albaola Kultur Factory across the bay, where they rebuild the historic, 15th century, whaling vessel San Juan (www.albaola.org)

Positive: It was a wonderful and cozy room with stunning view and the breakfast was very good (Croissants, fresh orange juice, bread, coffe, joghurt and much more). We booked the room without a view and were kindly given another one due to a cancellation. Everything was perfect! We find it very unfortunate that we only had one night in this lovely accommodation.
