Positive: The closeness to great beach spots for kids , a huge pool for a resort . It ticked all our boxes for a stay with 2 kids . The staff were super friendly and helpful .

Negative: Minor inconveinces ,like a warmer second bedroom at night and stairs to rooms

Positive: It had been 13 years since we last stayed at Don Pancho it had changed quite a bit, new apartments, new pool complete with day beds and a shallow spa pool. If the beach is more your thing there is direct access to the beach and a lovely beach view deck to just sit and enjoy the view. Walking distance to the golf club and a short stroll into town.

Negative: It was sometimes a bit of a lucky draw to get a car park underneath out of the sun.

Summary: Ticks all the boxes of a family friendly stay.

Negative: I found the parking to be very confusing and a map or dirctions to the room would have been nice.

Positive: The location is right on the beach and just a short walk from local restaurants etc. The rooms are clean and spacious and have all the amenities you need. We didn’t use the pool due to bad weather but it looked a nice place to relax and swim

Negative: The room was a little tired and old looking and would benefit from a refresh
