Positive: The breakfast experience offered was exceptional, considering the price point. The selection available is extensive, providing a variety of options that would be challenging for an average individual to fully appreciate within a whole-hour breakfast period. The quality of the food was commendable, and the service staff displayed a high level of professionalism, kindness and accommodation.

Negative: one of the employees at the counter is not so welcoming. I was expecting that everyone would be smiling and cordial, especially if you work in a property called "House of Peace", (Domus Pacis).

Summary: Yes, if I would go and visit my favorite saint again, I would definitely stay in this hotel

Positive: I went to Assisi to run a marathon, and the location was perfect for my purposes. The staff accommodated all my needs in a friendly way. It's a big hotel, without much character, run by a religious organisation. It's clean and efficient, with friendly staff, and everything worked perfectly. It's also very good value.

Positive: Easy to get to. In the central part of Assisi so about 4 miles to old Assisi. I like to walk so it was fine. Very close to train station.

Summary: Very adequate accommodations w/access to coffee bar.

Positive: This hotel is at a great location for pilgrims to Assisi b/c it's within walking distance from the Assisi train station. It's better to stay here in the evening and then taking the bus uphill to Assisi in the next morning so you will have a seat before the bus becomes packed with visitors when it arrives at the train station which is the next stop. The hotel also has an excellent breakfast buffet.

Negative: Although the hotel room has been remodelled, its interior design for the bathroom was no good- there was no place to hang any clothes after washing. The towel rack was also placed at an inconvenient location.
