Positive: It was safe and very comfortable due to large space of the apartment. Downstairs, opposite the street there is mini market and bakery with wonderful cakes and pizza.

Positive: Location was very close to amenities like convenience store, coffee shop & public transport. It is also a walkable distance to Vieux Port if you don't mind a 25-30min stroll. Check-in was flexible. We arrived late & still managed to be let in by a friendly & pleasant lady.

Negative: I chose the accommodation for the pool so kids could enjoy. However, it wasn't explicitly stated that bathing cap was mandatory. There is a possibility to buy it for 5EUR each at the reception but would you go for it (whole family) if you had yours back home which you could've easily brought with you had you known? My kids didn't like to wear bathing caps so we ended up not using it at all. Hence, could have gone for a cheaper accommodation instead. Unit 614: The unit furnishings looked better in the pictures. The toilet lighting was bad. We had to keep the door open as, otherwise, it was kind of spooky. The aircons (living room, 2 bedrooms) were not making the rooms cool enough even when the temp setting was at 15C. One aircon (big bedroom) was even making weird noises that woke you up in the night.

Summary: It is in a retirement community but I would say that is a positive as it was clean and accessible. Only a 20 minute walk
