Positive: Brand new, spotlessly clean, centrally located, bright and probably best equipped flat we have ever rented. There was plenty of cutlery, glasses, washing machine (and powder!), dryer, dishwasher (and tablets!), sponge and towels in different colours so each guest knows his own. They even arrange for the fee for parking in the centre as the flat is the pedestrian zone.

Negative: We loved it.

Positive: This was a very modern, spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Eger. The kitchen was very well equipped with all we needed for our short stay. The apartment would certainly suit a couple wishing to stay for even a week or more.

Negative: We only stayed one night and so we didn't try to contact the host regarding two issues that we encountered. First, the elevator wasn't functional, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor on a hot day. Second, the remote control for the air conditioner didn't seem to control the unit. We could only turn on the air conditioner manually and there didn't seem to be any way to set its temperature. Fortunately, it functioned well despite that and brought the apartment temperature down from 28C to 23C in a couple of hours.

Summary: A great apartment in the heart of Eger.

Positive: Absolutely amazing apartment in the heart of beautiful Eger. The host, Laszlo, was fantastic... so helpful and friendly. This fully renovated apartment is by far the nicest place I stayed in Hungary -- and anywhere else during my previous 3 weeks of traveling in Europe, including Iceland, Ireland and Vienna! Highly recommend!!

Negative: Elevator in building didn't seem to work, and apartment is on the top floor. So, if stairs are an issue, check to see if lift is working.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend!

Positive: The apartment is superb. Tucked in the middle of the city. It's a little penthouse with a great view and balcony. Wouldn't mind keeping it as my little secret. It's very well equipped. There are two TVs, one in the living room and bedroom. The washing machine and clothes rack are very useful.

Negative: The lift was not working.
