Positive: Unique architectural design that holds multiple relaxation and resting areas. The views are unbelievable and the staff and rooms are exceptional. The Dome also helped us organize taxi transportation, scooter rental (from the hotel itself) and surf lessons nearby. Highly recommendable.

Negative: Nothing, all great.

Negative: The rooms are somewhat small, and views vary between the domes. If you plan to rent a car, note that the drive up to the domes is quite steep.

Positive: We loved everything! The hotel is beautifully, located on a hill so it's very quiet, but only 15 minutes by scooter from Kuta. It's run by a great young team who make you feel welcome right away. The restaurant and breakfast are also delicious, and there's plenty of choice. The rooms are so comfortable; we loved them.

Negative: We liked everything.

Summary: We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Positive: Dome Lombok is a real gem. The location is very quiet. The rooms are small but very nice. You immediately feel at home. Kuta is reachable in 10 minutes by scooter.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was absolutely fantastic, from breakfast to dinner.

Positive: It’s situated on top of the hill in a quiet corner, so it was a beautiful place to observe. It was clean and I liked the layout of the Tiga rooms.

Negative: There initially were a few problems - my friends aircon wasn’t working, my toilet tap was leaking, the chair on the observation deck was broken - but we notified them and they immediately fixed it all. A steep driveway to ride a scooter up, but we got used to it!

Positive: The view is absolutely 10/10, the listing photos don’t lie. The food is excellent, despite a limited number of choices. The staff are very good. The Domes are a unique design concept. Reasonably close to the airport. Sunset in the pool.

Negative: Due to the relative isolation, unless you want to just relax or are brave enough to ride scooters!… I would limit the stay to 2-3 nights. Fly in, stay couple of nights, then head for the west coast. We booked for 5 nights and felt a bit trapped… Our mistake. We went into Kuta Lombok a couple of times but that was a noisy disappointment apart from the reasonably priced massages. The wifi was generally good but unreliable inside our bedroom dome.

Positive: The property is lovely, though be prepared for a bit of a hill climb 🤭. The design is beautiful and unique, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The airport transfer was fantastic, we arrived late at night, and our driver was phenomenal, even letting us know the hotel restaurant was closed and taking us to dinner beforehand. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent! Regarding the hot water concerns, it is available; it just takes a little longer to warm up.
