Positive: Lodges are well situated for our visit, they are clean and tidy with good self catering equipment. They have a bar and small shop on site but there are two good supermarkets nearby for larger items.

Negative: ALl was good for us.

Negative: Some kitchen utensils are not that clean and kitchen appliances are dusty.

Negative: You receive an email 48h before arrival that sheets and towels are not included in the price. If you don't have access to your mail like me, you are the first night without them. For the price paying of more than 115€ a night, i think it is not normal that you have to pay 16 € to get sheets and towels. The person Mireille at the reception desk was really unpleasant and aggressive.

Positive: First of all a big compliment to chance my dates (1 day before) after I wrongly booked. The venue itself is very near to Spa Francorchamps (15 minutes by car) and is in the middle of the nature. The rooms are pretty big and have a nice balcony.

Negative: A lot of youngsters in the facility, who were awake during the night and making some noises. The rooms smell a little 'muff' and you have to take your own blankets and sheets, but that's ok. For the rest; nothing to complain about.

Summary: Nice stay near Spa Francorchamps.
