Negative: Reception some distance away from Hotel rooms, accessing rooms meant climbing narrow stairs, rooms simple and bathroom appeared to not been cleaned properly, there was still hair under the sink

Positive: The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and so on... Let me highlight some points that exceeded my expectations: - everything is extremely beautiful: the exteriors, the interiors, the territory, the rooms, the nature around - it's a remote place so you can feel detached from city life - spa is included, and it's awesome to relax after hiking in Ardennes - breakfast is the best I had in Western Europe, and it has incredible value for money: I totally recommend it to anyone I really wish to come back here one day

Negative: It's not a minus per se, just a warning to people reading the review: it's quite remote and accessible by car only. Please beware. (for us it was a plus)

Positive: Great location and lovely garden/park!! Qualitative buffet, both for breakfast as well as dinner.

Negative: Noisy rooms and it gets hot (no airco), no place in bathroom to put your toilet bag, cleanness so & so. Wellness area could be better maintained too: steamroom has no facilities to rince the benches off and garden is just a mess.

Positive: The views were breathtaking. The food offered at the buffet was unbelievable - there were delicious options for vegetarians as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and can't wait to return.

Negative: We must have caught them on a busy moment, but our first request for dinner reservations took days for a reply. Eventually, the responses were great, though.
