Positive: Rustic but well appointed house in a lovely tranquil location and just 15 minutes walk into the village of Pomport, where there is an excellent restaurant (but little else).

Negative: Nothing really. Although, the weather wasn't good enough to swim in the pool (hardly the owners' fault)!

Positive: Super location in the quiet and peace near Pomport village and just 10 to 15 minutes from Bergerac centre. We had the 3 bedroom property and it was fully equipped with 1 x bathroom & 1 x shower room. Good kitchen - we cooked each night, including doing a pork roast on my birthday. Property you really could live in long-term. Tons of hot water for shower / bath. Pool great, if a little chilly (20C), but swam most afternoons for 15-20 mins and midnight skinny-dipped (cheeky) a few nights too - Oh the sky when clear - stars to die for! Beautiful. A sky full of stars, as Coldplay would sing..... Hosts very welcoming and attentive, but left us alone discreetly, to enjoy the prop. Will defo stay there again and can recommend to anyone. Loved it.

Negative: Really can't think of anything. Maybe a washing-up bowl in the sink - there was only 2 of us so we didn't use the dishwasher. I bought one for our stay.

Summary: Delightful and very well equipped gite with pool. Will defo stay again.
