Positive: The apartment was very clean. Location is super quiet, the view is absolutely stunning. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need. The fridge was inside the kitchen but the Freezer was in another building in front of the house (better ask for it). The farm and the animals were nice (but the visit costs 20€ per family). Bread is available only if asked for some days in advance, we didn't know this so we couldn't buy any .

Negative: Cash payment as the only option to pay. We were aware of this since the beginning but we're definitely not used anymore to pay with cash and there's not many ATM around

Positive: Extraordinary location with stunning mountain views and wonderful hosts. Pet friendly. With a car, it is easy to explore the whole region around Cerkno and beyond, to Idrija or even Bohinj and Bled. The farm is excellent for kids - lots of animals: horses, cows, llamas, goats, sheep, donkeys (they offer a tour), a trampoline, a swing, and more. And a wonderful German Shepherd/Bernese mix called Rubi; she was a star.

Negative: The internet connection left a lot to be desired for those moments we returned to the apartment (however, it is to be expected in a relatively remote mountain location).

Summary: Very recommended for car or bike travelers looking to enjoy stunning scenery and explore the region
