Positive: Fantastic location in the centre of Epernay. Spacious property. Good WiFi and helpful owner. Previous reviews mention it needs painting / was tired, this has been addressed as it has been recently painted in places.

Negative: The inside bedroom drawers were dirty and one of the pillows (no cover) had mould spots. We didn’t need to use them and hopefully the owner will sort for any future guests. We requested 3 beds in advance but when we arrived bedding for the sofa bed was missing. The owner was quick to reply and drop some off within the hour.

Summary: Spacious flat in a fantastic location. Basic but good value.

Positive: Excellent location and easy booking and access Welcoming message with clear instructions

Negative: Old apartment in need of a touch of paint and with bare minimum of appliances. Found that drawers and cupboards would need some cleaning.

Summary: Excellent location for center ville. The price of stay makes it a fair stay anyway.

Positive: Fantastic location and everything you need for your stay in the Champagne region. It had all necessary amenities for a self service place. Absolutely had a great stay!

Negative: Bedroom was not completely clean with lot of dust underneath the bed and also still someone else’s contact lenses on the bed side table.
