Positive: Lots of room for everyone inside the house and around. Fabulous calmness around and beautiful surrounding nature around.
Negative: The common / family room area has no couches or hangout area. There are 5 tables with benches but no room to gather -one cannot sit at the table the entire time. The owner rents it for small parties - then it makes sense but not for families to spend time together. The house rents for 14 people but only 2 lounge chairs? And one broken? The house is very rusty - which is its charm - but it needs a good scrubbing. We had a wonderful time because of the company and space and gorgeous small village vibes but I would not rent it again. We had wonderful weather so we stayed outside the entire time. But for rainy days - not a suitable decor for a family gathering inside the house. The owner was kind and let us have the access to the lake all to ourselves - a good 20 min leisure walk to his house for lake access. Overall - it was a very positive experience.
Summary: Unforgettable stay in a charming village of Zdory.
