Summary: Don't charge the restaurant/bar to the room! The bill increases without notice! I had to complain and they eliminate the "surcharged" they applied. The could not give an explanation on what the surcharge is for, it wasn't a room service and I got the bill in local currency while consuming and at the end when I wanted to pay

Summary: I liked the location , the service and the staff attitude towards guest was kind, courteous and pleasant. Other Amenities lie shopping malls and restaurants are at a distance . There is always traffic in Kampala. However nothing the hotel can do. This is government and state infrastructure.

Summary: Useful hotel for Kampala . Quiet, clean and comfortable. Shiwing sign of wear. Staff could be a little more attentive. Disappointed that pool was not functioning - guests should be told as that is one of the benefits.
