Positive: The location is great, there’s a lot to see, a beautiful beach nearby, especially at sunset—probably one of the most beautiful places you’ve ever seen. Very convenient parking, easy to find, everything around is beautiful, and we loved everything.

Negative: It was a bit disappointing to see some traces on the table and other areas of the rooms, likely from some beetle or woodworm that had infested the wood above. As this was probably cleaned up a long time ago, there were many traces resembling sawdust. It didn't upset us too much, but we didn't like it. Also, we found dog droppings in the backyard, which hadn't been cleaned up, so we had to clean it ourselves. Additionally, we would have liked to see more towels, as the number of towels was very limited, and we couldn't find any extras. We also didn't like that the booking system is set up in such a way that it literally bombards you with spam—you receive dozens of emails during the booking process, and then dozens more afterward. We would prefer a simpler process, like the one usually offered on Booking.com.

Positive: I recently stayed at a great home in Fort Bragg for a short trip, and it was a fantastic experience. We were there for two days and three nights, and the place really exceeded our expectations. The home was in a great location, not too far from downtown, so we had easy access to everything. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, which made for some good nights’ sleep. One of the best parts was the big lot the house is on. It was so nice to sit on the back patio and watch a cute family of quails running around and see a birds nest right outside. It really added to the peaceful and relaxing vibe of the place. Overall, our stay was exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy some downtime. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Fort Bragg, I’d highly recommend this home.

Positive: Nice location, quiet, lovely spacious house, lots of light. Many hummingbirds. 😊Lots of kitchen implements. Near public beach access. Gorgeous beach with dramatic standing rocks. Delicious tap water. Nice decor too.

Negative: There were several cobwebs , no big deal but the one by the bay window with several dead flies in it was a little off-putting. the private beach access was challenging for my siblings. Please include an accurate description for future guests. 82 cement steps down a cliff with a hose between metal supports to hold onto, and a tricky drop at the bottom. I was the only one of three of us who was ok with it. Now we know, but it was good my most compromised brother wasn’t able to come. We hoped to use bluetooth speakers, but didn ’t manage to get connected.

Summary: Very relaxing and peaceful, good for able-bodied folks.

Negative: Couldn't use the fireplace, the bed in the master bedroom was too high for me, the couch was very uncomfortable. We didn't feel we should do any laundry, we paid for cleaning services already.

Positive: Great location, very clean and well maintained. Nice short stroll to the beach. Private Beach with very little (if any) traffic was great! Very comfortable and equipped with anything we could need.

Negative: If I had to pick one thing I would say the wifi could be faster. It was incredibly slow. That is all.
