Positive: Great location on top of Galisaas bay. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. My son enjoyed the pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Negative: The only thing that I didn’t like is the setup on the hill. I was lucky to have one of the rooms close to the elevator which made the stay super comfortable. Since there are only few parking spots on the hill, most people need to take the elevator and then walk or take another elevator, which is a downside on the comfort side. The staff is quite helpful with carrying your luggage, so it’s mostly a bit of extra time to enter/exit the room.

Summary: Great value for money. I really enjoyed the stay

Positive: We loved this hotel! Spectacular location, amazing staff, delicious breakfast. Pool with slide is great, plus kids get unlimited free ice cream and popcorn! Right in Galassas beach, wonderful views and walks in the area.

Positive: Beautiful beach! We had the older rooms (not renovated) but it wasn’t bad. The hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was great.

Positive: Location was ideal for our young family. Next to the beach, with a few little tavernas for lunch and dinner options. We were in a new/renovated two bedroom room which was beautiful. Very spacious and views from the terrace were fantastic! Having free ice cream and popcorn for kids was a really loving touch. The staff could not have been more helpful and lovely! Would stay here again!

Negative: We had an excellent stay! But if we had to let the hotel know a few easy improvements it would be to update the coffee machine at breakfast - limited options and often didn’t work for us. Also on the weekend the pool was very busy with what we assumed was non guests which made it hard to get a seat. We stayed for a week and would have been nice if they changed our sheets at least once or twice during our stay.

Summary: Wonderful location, beautiful rooms, friendly staff! Perfect for family holiday - will stay here again!
