Summary: When we are arrive, we get the key to the room. 7 PM is too late. Location is perfect. Breakfast rich but different stuff. Terrible.

Summary: The hotel rooms are tired, the wifi doesn't work. The swimming pool is grossly overstated in the photos. The rooftop pool is quite tiny. There's a "hot tub" that doesn't seem very clean and an additional pool of water full of algae with no barrier to get into that "you shouldn't touch". The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. However, I stayed at three hotels in Buenos Aires, and this was not a great hotel when it comes to dollar value. There's much better options in this price range.

Summary: The room was good, the service was excellent. The staff were very courteous. However, the room should be provided with an iron box and a common microwave facility to accommodate the customers esp when the hotel is closed for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
