Negative: Cobwebs in corner in dining area and bathroom , needed sweept in main br closet hair and dirty on floor, keypad needed batteries ? would blonk alot and not accept code outside gutters need cleaned has trees growing , door on hot tub entry to hard to swing open rubs on concrete, Hard to find cabin , drive to cabin had big pothole about dumped motorcycle, had old SUV in weeds entry to cabin
