Positive: Quiet, well maintained, beautiful gardens and location, attentive and helpful staff, eco-design villas, very comfortable, easy to arrange excursions, interesting vegan menu, privacy, luxury in the heart of Leh.

Negative: Needs a bit more attention to details - safety box in the villa, more clothes hanging space, some more artwork on the walls in the villas, breakfast menu - while interesting and vegan - is not quite there yet, eye-wateringly expensive laundry and taxi charges

Positive: The gardens were very attractive and well maintained. The architecture was very nice. Nice bar.

Negative: The breakfast only had vegan options, which were often very dry. A/C did not work properly because it was behind a cover, which made it look nice but severely reduced functionality.

Positive: The first thing you notice is that it feels like heaven — everything is accurate and precise. The second is that not a single worker fails to smile and make you feel welcome.

Negative: Honestly, there’s nothing I would change — everything was exactly as it should be. The only thing I might suggest, just as an extra touch, would be adding a hot tub or jacuzzi to complete the experience.

Positive: We stayed in off season (February) for 5 nights and it was an amazing 5 star resort experience. Staff was exceptionally friendly polite, sympathetic and helpful. The Tsas restaurant is outstanding and the complimentary 5 star - Ladakhi curated breakfast is an experience we never had before. The area is peaceful and we also used the well maintained complimentary spa and sauna area. The massage treatment was very helpful for my wife with a tense back. Feedback for the rooms: The air here in Ladakh is quite dry, therefore a humidifier in the villas might help the guests adjusting. The sofa area can be quite cold in winter so either sealed doors or additional heating near the sofa would be more comfortable. Thr upstairs bedroom and bathroom was very comfortable and warm.
