From the family room walk out back to your spacious dock and deck area. The deck has plenty of both shaded and unshaded areas allowing you to you enjoy as much or as little sunlight as you would like. The hot tub, lounge chairs, room for outdoor seating, and beautiful landscaping make entertaining by the ocean easy. The 50 foot dock with 50 amp service, fish cleaning station, and immediate water access help exploring the water of the FL keys by boat convenient. The second level holds the spacious 4th bedroom overlooking the ocean, walk out onto your balcony directly from the bedroom which is perfect for lounging and relaxing while enjoying the ocean scenery. Spacious outdoor living with Commercial Ice Maker and extra refrigerator, extra chest freezer. Nice 50' Dock with 4 foot draft.Three of the four bedrooms has its own TV. 2 kayaks included.The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bath.The upstairs has a deck that opens up to view the hot tub, dock and Ocean.
