Positive: The property was absolutely stunning, it had everything we needed in terms of facilities and everything available was to a really high standard. Sanja & Goran were the perfect hosts, they met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the property and let us know everything/anything we may need to for our stay. They were also really easy to reach via text if we had any questions throughout our stay and were more than happy to help with any queries. The pool was gorgeous and was perfect for relaxing around in the day and there were two different outdoor spaces for eating which were both equally stunning. The house is a bit further out of Hvar, about a 30 minute drive, but we knew this when we booked and the property itself more than made up for this in our opinion. Sanja & Goran also put us in touch with a really amazing taxi driver, Rob, who made the fact we were staying a bit out of the town absolutely no problem as he was available whenever we needed! Could not recommend this property enough, our trip to Hvar was honestly absolutely perfect!

Negative: It was great. It’s maybe good to know you’re right next to the konoba but it’s actually lovely to have a great restaurant right next door. It wasn’t noisy.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Villa Dolce Serra! Goran and Sanja were fantastic hosts—super welcoming, quick to respond, and always ready to help. We travel a lot, and honestly, they’re some of the warmest hosts we’ve ever met. The house had everything we needed, was spotless, and even had a chlorine-free pool, which we really enjoyed. It’s in a quiet, peaceful village, just 5 minutes from Stari Grad and about 20 minutes to Hvar. Having a restaurant right next door was also a big plus. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay on the island!

Positive: Beautifully designed villa in a pretty rural setting, excellently equipped and in a good location to explore the island. Owners and management team were super helpful. Lovely little hamlet

Negative: Front garden is still maturing but doesn’t impact enjoyment of the property in any way. Wifi range doesn’t extend to upstairs accommodation.
