Positive: The room was big, and clean. If you need absolute darkness to sleep, you will have it here. Well equipped, too. The bathroom was truly spacious. The staff there is friendly, helpful, and kind. We loved seeing Toni with his everlasting smile and good mood. Amazing cleaning team. Location is near the bus station, practically at it.

Negative: Maybe check-in could be earlier.

Positive: The bathtub is the highlight. The bathroom alone was really great. Though I don’t know why they don’t provide hand soap. I liked that there was a vending machine available for purchasing makeup wipes, instant food options at the front with the prices listed in the rooms, and that each floor had a microwave available was really convenient.

Negative: It could be a little cleaner and the lighting in the rooms are a little dated/switch options aren’t great. It was really annoying how the bathroom light kept turning off on its own. The towels that they provide are also really small.

Positive: The staff and whole hotel was amazing. Super comfy bed, nice view, close to shops, amazing bathroom. The clean aspect could be a bit better but in general it's really amazing place to stay. Unlimited drinks that u don't have to pay for, microwave avaliable on hall, I can't rate connection because we use car(hotel have really nice parking) but I truly have only good things to say about this place

Positive: Big room, big bathroom, huge TV. Staff was very friendly and even gave us a room upgrade. Facility is very neat and clean. Bus stop about 2min walk from the hotel. In the lobby, they have beverages and some snacks for sale.

Positive: We got a free upgrade with a massage chair which was nice, as well as the big TV. Water boiler was provided as well as bathrobe and the shower was very satisfying, even though we didn't get the chance to try out the bathtub. Even though it's on a loud street, we couldn't hear anything with the windows closed. The staff was very friendly and free water was provided. On the hallway was a microwave and chopsticks/spoons + extra towel and toilet paper in case someone needed them. The bus stop is 2 minutes away and the subway is about 10 minutes walk. There are convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance.

Negative: We couldn't use the drawers/cabinets, because they were closed/stuck or they seemed to have fake doors. In one cabinet with a window was a safe which we couldn't use because we couldn't open it and it was also very dusty inside. Under the bed sheet was a mattress protector which was out of plastic and was very loud and uncomfortable, it made me sweat at night. Some parts of the room were dusty and there was no soap provided.

Summary: Overall a good experience with some exceptions

Positive: The rooms were clean and tidy and very spacious. It was very quiet and there was no noise from other people in the hotel

Negative: We had messaged the manager and asked if we could stay two more days. He said to organise it through him and pay him directly instead of going through Booking.com. This actually cost us more as he charged double the price on Booking.com at the time. The person behind the desk would not change this. The hotel is also a long way from the centre of the town, it took about one hour to get to most attractions.

Summary: Nice hotel but we thought we were duped.
