I have a charming (1400 sq ft) 2 BR, 2 BA, and 1 Sun Room Home, located in Graham, NC.
There is natural light throughout the house. There is a huge fenced in yard for dogs to play, and also dog friendly windows.
There is plenty to do and see in Graham and neighboring cities.
Whether it is a Small City Charm or a Bustling City your looking for, you will find it here.
Located 2 miles from I-85 makes it easy access to surrounding attractions.
The front yard porch is covered and has a sitting bench and bistro set to enjoy your mornings outside. If you would like more privacy, the covered breezeway (side of the house) has ample seating, that includes a ceiling fan.
The Master bedroom is spacious with a cathedral ceiling and has a en suite. It also has TV and a wireless speaker system. The bathroom provides double sinks, large tub, shower, and hair dryer. Extra towels are located in the bedroom closets.
The Guest BR has a TV, and wireless speaker system. Games/puzzles are located in the Guest BR closet.
The Sun Room is a relaxing place to be. Whether you want to sit and enjoy the Sun coming through the large window, listen to music, or enjoy the artwork that is displayed. The Sun Room can also be used for Yoga, Meditation, or a Work Project. The Sun Room has a large desk with 2 chairs. There are Yoga mats located in the Sun Room as well. It also has a wireless speaker system.
The LR has a cathedral ceiling with fan. There is a reclining leather sofa and 2 reading chairs with ottomans, 65 inch TV, and wireless speaker system.
The fully equipped Kitchen comes with a Keurig, (enjoy some coffee) 4 slice toaster, blender, dishware, silver ware, stove/refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a ice maker and pantry for your convenience. Also, cook books are located in the DR cabinet, in case you want to try a new recipe.
There is a W/D in the hallway and a
iron/ironing board in the Guest Room.

Summary: We had a very nice time staying here and the house was wonderful. The Christmas decorations were still in place and it was like being in a Hallmark Christmas card. Very nice location , quiet neighborhood not too far from my daughters place. Our dog really enjoyed the large fenced in yard. The beds were so very comfortable. We’ll stay here on our next stop in NC!

Summary: My wife and I needed a place to stay for a wedding in the Burlington area. This home was the perfect answer to our needs. Very nice, comfortable and clean. The home is a three-bedroom house; however, one of the bedrooms is being used as a home office, which my wife made good use of for last minute wedding preparations. The two remaining bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. The house also had two full baths. The property is handled by the owner’s daughter, Karen. Both Karen and her mom, Nancy, were very communicative and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Great hosts. Many of the other reviews talked about how quaint the nearby downtown area of Graham is, so my wife and I took a drive thru to check it out. Very cute, historic buildings and homes. I wish we had more time to explore. Perhaps next visit. If you’re looking to stay in the area I would strongly suggest this home over nearby hotels. It is a significantly better option.

Summary: House was perfect for our family get together while hubby played a softball tournament. The house is a perfect size , clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get too, and everything you need nearby. Graham has a nice little down town. We found good restaurants and ice cream too.
