Summary: We had a family reunion and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We all loved the way the house was furnished . What a great place to just relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend this property !

Summary: We have been doing summer reunions for 10 years. What an amazing set up, every room has its own bathroom. Plenty of room for all of us to dine together. Even with the afternoon and evening showers forcing us indoors we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Thank you Dragon Fly

Summary: Our family of 18 consisted of 10 adults and 8 kids ranging from15 to 2 years. We rented the house and studio apt. for a Thanksgiving ski holiday. It was the perfect space for us. The well appointed kitchen had everything needed to host all meals for a crowd. The bedroom/bathroom situation was wonderful. Providing comfort and privacy for a very large group. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and beautiful grounds. Saw a big beautiful buck amble through the back yard in the early morning. My one complaint or dissatisfaction was the check in process. We arrived a few hours early after a 12 hour drive. The check in time seems rather late at 4pm. So we requested an early check in which they did not accommodate. After killing time we attempted to get in at 4:00. The keyless entry to the main house was faulty. We could not get in. It took a handful of phone calls to Vacasa and numerous attempts at various codes, before finally the General Manager at Vacasa in South Fork was able to provide a code and use the emergency key to get in. This took an hour and half! So as well as not accommodating an early check in- we spent a vey frustrating hour and half dealing with this issue. It was cold and Dark by this time. I was very disappointed in this but we quickly put it behind us and enjoyed everything about the house and the trip! We would return and recommend it for a large group.
