Summary: There was no coffee machine and we had to use a pot to boil water for coffee. The living room window was stuck in the open position. There was no clear signage about how to access the backyard or if we were allowed to do so. We didn’t mind the old furniture and the beds were comfortable. Nice little neighborhood, but the lack of amenities made it a challenge.

Summary: While we were pleased with the cleanliness of the space and ease of arrival, the unit did not allow access to the backyard and there was a sign by the back door that said “private property.” We’d not have chosen it had we known we couldn’t use the yard. Also, the kitchen has no coffee machine. We did find a French press and were able to boil water with a pot. Some old Folgers was provided. Things like cutting boards and other basic tools were absent. The living room window was open when we arrived and we were never able to get it closed, so temps went from too hot to too cold.

Summary: We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the size of the house was perfect for our family of four. The customer service was amazing; they are very responsive. We did not know the property is a home with a basement apartment that has tenants. The tenants are very nice and we let them know we would be quiet and respectful of their space, which includes the back yard. The location is excellent for exploring nearby beaches and going up the island to visit other towns. Keep in mind the climate is mild, but there can be warm days and cold. The bedrooms have heating, and we opened the windows and door in the evening along with a floor fan to cool off.

Summary: Never reserved code to door. No one answered the phone took 2 hours to get someone to respond. Got in the hours cold a small heater for the front living room. Renters down stairs loud tv all night could not sleep both nights. And dishes were put away dirty. Foot prints all over the floor. Looked like was not moped. And shower head had little water pressure

Summary: We enjoyed our two night stay. We arrived to a lovely package of Thanksgiving essentials, which made the stay feel extra special. We had plenty of space, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Appreciated touches like a fan in the closet and first-aid kit if needed. Woke up to deer on the property, which was special. Loved our stay on the island!
