Positive: Pre arrival communication was very good. Location was perfect.

Negative: We were meat to receive a key collection code 15 minutes prior to check in at 3. It did not arrive until nearly 3:30 which caused a lot of stress. Upon arrival we noticed cutlery, plates, bowls were dirty, we had to wash them all before using. Lack of decent wine glasses. Kitchen poorly equipped, no decent wine glasses, no sieve or colander for straining and NO teapot. Double beds very small, we had to sleep separately. Very noisy people slammed doors into the night waking me up,
