Positive: I can not say enough about this place. Firstly, a 2 minute walk from the Metro, which is critical in Madrid. I was initially worried about the door code, but it was seamless. Upon opening the first door, automatic lights turn on in the hallway, and you can tell but building is incredibly modern. Even smells new. The room itself was huge and came equipped with everything I could have wanted - blow dryer, iron, washing machine, sponge, soap etc etc. They even had coffee and gummy bears, which I really appreciated. I saw people reviewing the hot water ran out - in my experience I never once had this and the water was actually piping hot and great pressure (albeit, I was alone). Bed was comfy, wifi was great. Also read alot about the noisy street. While true, it was not nearly as bad as I expected. Yes you could hear garbage trucks coming on occasion, and see people walking by right in front of your window, but its a street after all, and I did not find it bothersome at all. They also were responsive to my messages at all times, and allowed for late check out. Mcdonalds and a 24/7 supermarket are also within a minute walk. Most importantly, the value for money here was incredible. Would absolutely stay again

Negative: Only thing if any was proximity to the street and street noise, but again not a big deal and not overly intrusive in my opinion. I liked it all.

Positive: All we needed was at the apartment, which was very clean. We had an issue opening the door when we arrived, but the staff helped us via phone. The accessibility is also good as the metro station is only 5 minutes away.

Negative: The only issue we had was the noise in the early morning. There is a garbage collection in front of the window, and they collect garbage in the morning, which is very noisy.

Summary: Great value. Perfect for short to long stays.

Positive: Property is close to metro, 1 minute walk. The property is overall fairly new / recently refurbished. Carrefour supermarket nearby as well.

Negative: The property is located on the ground floor and windows are facing a street where there is some traffic and bin collections is happening, so it was quite noisy. The AC upon arrival was not working, and although the management company did not fix it until we left - please note that they notified me just an hour prior to arrival that the technician is arriving (when we were away and could not take the valuables with us, there is no safe), but the technician actually did not arrive. The mobile heaters they store in the property are extremely loud, so you can't really run them at night. The cleanliness of the property could have been better as well, upon arrival you could feel the floors were dusty. The hot water runs for about 10 min, so it was difficult for two people in a row to shower. The water drainage was also not working properly, and water was building up. Please note that the sofa in the room is not actually sofa-bed and is not comfortable to sleep on.

Summary: Noisy, requires maintenance - not a good value for money
