Positive: *The host replies fast and very accommodating *Great kitchen with balcony. (But no microwave) *Complete facilities and amenities, with air-conditioned room, TV, WiFi connection, I didn't expect the flat iron as well 🤩

Negative: *Our key to the main gate is not functional, we have to message the host all the time to open the gate for us. *Someone from our neighbor (Room 1) didn't flush the toilet (still with 💩). It's because the toilet flush button doesn't work, we have to use a mop bucket to flush the toilet. *Our neighbor in Room 1 (all men) opened our door twice without even knocking.They were all noisy (singing with loud music), smelled like weed and didn't kept the kitchen tidy after using. 😥

Positive: This accommodation has some positive features including being renovated and having a clean interior apartment. However, it also has some major drawbacks. It seems the owner has not disclosed all the facts accurately. For example, there is no private parking, so you have to park your car on the street in a neighborhood that feels unsafe, or take it to a paid parking lot 25 minutes away that costs 1 euro per hour. We parked on the street but the feeling of insecurity prevented me from sleeping well. This is not a full apartment, but rather a room within a two-bedroom apartment. Therefore, the bathroom and WC is shared. The bathtub is also very small, forcing you to shower while seated. There is no kettle for boiling water to make tea or coffee, though the rest of the kitchen amenities are relatively complete. But again, the kitchen is shared. It takes at least an hour to reach the city center. However, there is an old tram line that can take you downtown, which is a positive point. The second floor is on the ground level without an elevator, situated in a local residential complex in a peripheral neighborhood of Rome. The owner seems like a respectful person.

Positive: The inside of the apartment itself was so nice. It was modern looking, very clean and tidy, and felt comfortable. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, exactly like in the pictures!

Negative: The only thing is that the neighborhood was far from the city centre and was quite dirty. There are few restaurants and bars you can find around the location, though. For transportation wise, you can easily use Google Maps, however with any transportation it would still take about 40-60 mins from the city centre. All in all, for the price around the time I went there (1-4 Jan 2023), I’d say it’s a good deal.
