Positive: We spent four nights at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Yi Vesoth, who truly became close to our hearts. We could turn to him with any request or problem, and he was always there for us with a smile and genuine care. His dedication and warmth made our stay truly special. Many thanks to the entire hotel staff for their outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Negative: The most of the time we didn't get the food that we wanted or as we wanted (asked not spicy and received spicy)

Positive: A fantastic facility with excellent value and an unbelievably attentive staff. Restaurant is good also.

Summary: Excellent value and clean facilities, but the incredible service really stole the show.

Positive: The location was ok

Negative: The room itself was very clinical and hospital like. I wouldn't recommend adding the breakfast at all. The photos of food are stock photos and not at all like you will receive. Our eggs came out essentially rare. We spent 2 weeks in Vietnam, including 4 nights in Cambodia and this was the most expensive and unappealing accommodation. We stayed in some very touristy and really lovely accommodations as well, including resort villas. The mattress was also as stiff as a board. The floor would've been perhaps more comfortable. The stay is fine if you don't care and just need a room to stay, but don't have any expectations... It wasn't for us
