Positive: The food was incredible homemade Sri Lankan dishes , it lives up to its name, you can literally see the waterfall from the little deck. The couple are very lovely and helpful.

Positive: From the outside porch you have an excellent view of the Diyaluma waterfall, we had breakfast here and it was magical. A huge thank you to our host and his wife! When we arrived it was pouring rain so we couldn’t go anywhere for dinner, they made us an exceptional rice and curry as well as a lush breakfast the next morning. Everything tasted amazing and it was extremely kind of them to cook dinner for us as well. Our host also took us up the waterfall the next morning for an exceptional tour (we paid him extra for it), he took some amazing photos and videos of us (excellent camera skills!! 😝) and we had a great time. Would always come again!

Positive: The view from the cottage, the best Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner we had, and the amazing tour up the waterfall. We loved it.

Positive: the family was awesome ❤️ incredible food - dinner and breakfest, which cooked the wife. Best food we’ve had in sri lanka the owner is also a local guide, he took is up to the diyaluma falls and told us many stories, we loved that. #dungleboy

Positive: Diyaluma View Cottage is the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family. The cabin faces directly toward Diyaluma Falls, and you can simply sit outside and enjoy the breathtaking view all day. The food was delicious, lovingly prepared by the owner Upali’s wife. Upali himself takes care of everything you need. He took us on the Upper Diyaluma hike early in the morning, brought a fresh breakfast for us to enjoy at the top, and later drove us safely back to the cabin in his tuk tuk. In the afternoon, Upali and his wife went to the nearby town for groceries and kindly took us along, showing us around like family. We had a truly wonderful experience here. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area. This place is a real hidden gem!

Positive: Besides the amazing view straight at the waterfall, I must that owners are the great family. They are very kind, helpful and can give you all the recommendations you need to have a good time here. Room is spacious, comfortable, has hot water and amenities. Atmosphere is very chill and pleasant. Breakfast was very generous and tasty
