Summary: You are definitely paying for the location. With a name like “palace” I expected more for the price point. Room was good size but hadn’t been swept, bathroom was outdated and grimy, and bathroom door was so swollen with moisture it wouldn’t close, and when it did it wouldn’t open. Pool was not great, it’s small and shaded all day. I preferred the Divani Caravell across town. Rooftop restaurant was delish though.
