Summary: Issues with concierge staff being rude and denying us a gift voucher we were entitled to and had proof that we were issued it as a guest recovery from Disney due to previous poor service. Made to feel like we were lying about it even when presenting them an email from their own company. Told at 8am we would get a call from a manager 2:30pm no call happened went back and were rude to us again pretending there was a language barrier when the same person spoke to us that morning with no issue with language. After noon after 4pm call came and the weakest apology I have ever received.

Summary: Excellent bar, rooms were lovely and pretty good for family of 4 where the children are young (and not able to be in a separate room) and adjoining rooms available. Bathroom was very nice, separate toilet which is great for a family room. Staff incredibly helpful.

Summary: Very friendly check in, room was beautiful and a very comfy bed, the food at the total banquet was excellent and a lovely cocktail in Fleur de Lys! Would love for there to be a little coffee shop which is open before the park for the mornings!

Summary: The stay was ok and location for parks obviously perfect! For the price you would expect something more than ok though. Was left the feeling there wasn’t enough value for money. Especially room service was wildly overpriced.

Summary: The Best Stay ever. Anniversary surprise for my partner, we had a great time. Room was excellent, reception team very kind and attentioned. Good WiFi, great bathroom and amenities (slippers to take away are very nice!). The spa pool was nice and relatively quiet. Princess meetup was incredible! Jasmine is my partner’s favourite and added to the stay. Quit expensive but worth it for special occasions.

Summary: We had an amazing stay with my family. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was unbeatable. We decided to upgrade to a superior family deluxe room to check in right away, and the spaciousness was a great bonus. The double beds were queen-sized, comfortably accommodating me and three other adults. There was also a sofa bed that was under the tv incase if we needed another bed. We enjoyed the lounge, where we could take water and cappuccinos to go. The complimentary items in the fridge were a nice touch, and we loved having coffee and tea available in our room. The room came with a pillow menu and also had a beautiful patio view. The next time we visit Disneyland in Paris, we will definitely stay here again and hopefully will be able to score a castle club room upgrade.

Summary: Room was good sized cute amenities (but also could have bring more water to the room for 4 people 1 bottle of 500ml is not enoght )But it is over paid The room service is truly terrible and expensive Good things : The staff is really nice and caring Beautiful decore Easy access to the park Have vale parking with a smile Many things to do in the hotel itself for kids Comfy beds but not a place worth the 2300$ a night I paid for 2 adults 2 kids no breakfast .
