Summary: I was very nervous about this property qhen I read the reviews. One thing I have learned in renting properties is that if you read a bad review you contact the Company and address your concerns prior of your stay. Let me tell you this experience have exceeded all of my expectations and made all my worries feel at ease. All of the reviewed I had previously read I was ensured that all was taken care of from putting up a curtain before my stay to me adding the heating pool at the last minute. I will most definitely will stay in this property again and highly recommended. I promise that all of those bad reviews that you have read prior of mynpost ALL have been taken care of.. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one!!

Summary: Available parking not as advertised. It was insufficient. Dirty sheets and outside tables filthy. No wash cloths and oven does not have a working light. Dirty sock on floor in Mickey Mouse bedroom obviously floor not cleaned . We did not move the dirty sock as it was not ours. I have pictures of the filth if you would like to see but I see you do not have a place to upload it. Very very disappointed with the dirty conditions. You should inspect before renting this property to people

Summary: Although the house had tons of space for a large family the grounds especially the front of the house could have been a lot cleaner (weeds growing through the walkway and stains on the entrance walkway) and more towels could have been offered. I would recommend but needs a few changes. But all in all my family had a wonderful stay !!

Summary: This property was far below my expectations based on the listing.Upon arrival I noticed the house had been poorly cleaned and patched up. The bedroom door stairs had a large tarp covering the ceiling from a previous leak,which the owner fail to disclose before renting. Walls and stair case was dirty. I paid in advance for the pool to be heated and it was ice cold. The owner kept referring me to the management company Epic, but no one returned my call or came out during the weekend. The owner claims that someone from Epic came out but if that's the case why didn't they leave a service slip or business card or speak to us directly.The pool LOW AND BEHOLD magically the pool heat started to work properly on Monday morning when it was time to check out.I guess they didn't feel like making any weekend calls. THE OWNER

Summary: First let me say that the pictures does not do this place justice. Secondly I contacted the property manager more than once, she answered my phone calls & responded to my text messages quickly. Lastly, we all enjoyed our stay.. the ladies in my group all said how much bigger the house was on the inside than it seemed from the outside. A couple of the bedding did not look to be cleaned but a team came out IMMEDIATELY & changed them to our liking. I would definitely stay here again & so would my guest (from what they told me).
