Positive: The location was great, close to the lake.

Negative: I've booked this hotel expecting a comfortable and well-maintained experience, but unfortunately, the quality of services did not match the price. The cleanliness was disappointing — there were dead bugs on the balcony and in several areas of the hotel, which is unacceptable for a property of this category. Even though the hotel is in a great location, close to Lake Ohrid, that alone doesn’t excuse the poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail. The pool area was especially neglected, with broken stairs leading into the water, making it unsafe and uninviting. Overall, this hotel has potential due to its location, but serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and general service quality are needed before it can justify its 4-star rating or the prices it charges.

Positive: Hotel is located next to the Ochrid Lake. There is a nice pool with great view.

Negative: Hotel is not maintained properly - rooms are dirty, there is mold on the ceiling. We were lacking towels and bed sheets after check in. Maids are rude and sloppy. One of them entered the bathroom while I was taking shower - not only she did not apologize, but she continued to walk around the room! Hotel also organised a party with loud music (of which they've informed us a night before), which lasted until midnight. Luckily they've reimbursed us for that night. I'd say that if there was a good manager to ensure cleaning service is done properly and to ensure that night time is obeyed, it would be a great place to stay - reception and restaurant staff are really nice.
