Positive: We booked a standard motel room which was quiet, comfortable and with a nice view. The bonus was the access to a 'resort style' kitchen/ dining/ living area in a building next door. From there you could cook dinner in a well equipped kitchen, eat at a dining table and then sit in a lounge and enjoy the view. Also equipped with a good quality table tennis table.

Negative: Nothing wrong with the motel. Nelson is very quiet off season, which could be considered a bonus!

Summary: Comfortable and quiet stay at the end of the Great Ocean Road.
