Summary: We were there for my niece’s wedding in Birchwood it was a wonderful gathering place for us all to visit and catch up.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time over spring break. Teresa is an amazing host and easy to work with. She brought us kayaks and paddle boards which the kids loved. The water was low due to TVA, but we were able kayak out to the main river and catch some fish each day. Teresa made sure we had plenty of firewood which we used to grill our catch and make s’mores for the kids. The house was well stocked and had plenty of entertainment for the family. We can’t wait to visit again.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property. Teresa was very responsive to any questions (not that we had many). The set up was easy to use and met our expectations. The property is somewhat distant from restaurants/stores, but there is a Dollar General and several convenience stores closer to the property with a numerous stores/restaurants available at a little further distance. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you!
