Summary: Property was super clean and the layout comfortable for families with children. The boat lift accommodated our 22ft boat easily. We explored the areas of Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa via boat. The pool and lanai were great after a full day out on the water. We would love to stay here again!!

Summary: This was absolutely a fantastic place! Everything was well done from the check in all the way to leaving. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the enclosed pool was a huge bonus. Very clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property and these owners. We RELAXED and had a wonderful time.

Summary: The saltwater pool was so awesome. Loved the outdoor space. The beds were comfy. The place was so so so clean. Tammy was always available and so nice when I called. Loved the area but wish i would have known about that tiki place a short drive away cause so cute !!!!! Only complaint is smelly fabric softener or detergent? on the bedding. I can't stand that smell but so super minor of a complaint and some people might like that smell but not me. Really wonderful place :) .. hope to come back soon

Summary: Great house, pool is awesome, black stone grill is pretty cool! Love the availability to use Roku on each TV. Property manager was fast at replying when needed something. Great for families with Kids as well!
