Summary: I would like to say what a wonderful experience we had. The staff member i dealt with first was so warm and friendly and actually made me smile on the awful day I was having. She was brilliant at her job. Then the following day when I checked out, I was greeted by a group of staff members behind the counter all very welcoming also. We 100% will be returning. Thank you all for our relaxing time out from life for a day xx

Summary: We paid for breakfast. Although signs said that breakfast was from 7.30 am to 9.30 am we were told that breakfast went on till 11.00am on Sunday. When we went to the bistro at about 9.30 it was shut. We couldn’t even get coffee unless it was in the Pokies room - not inviting or encouraged by gambling staff. No one got back to us about this.

Summary: I came down from Brisbane for surgery at a nearby private hospital. The Dingley Hotel accommodation was my safe haven and relaxation centre following discharge from hospital. It was clean, comfortable and the hotel restaurant a short walk away undercover. The staff were just the best. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Staff were awesome, went above and beyond to make our short stay enjoyable. Helped with printing of material needed for a meeting that came in late. Assisted with directions and of things to do whilst in the area. Struck up appropriate conversations based on their observations. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Meals were excellent.
