Summary: Value for money, staff very helpful and property presented in a clean manner. The only down side there was no sugar in room for a cuppa, had to use a sweetener.

Summary: We stay at the Dingley each time we are in Melbourne.

Summary: The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at check in were efficient and pleasant. However the television in our room had no reception and was un-useable. Reception staff endeavoured to fix the problem but could not. We were offered free breakfast as compensation which we did not want. This should not have occurred and spoiled our stay.

Summary: Check in was a breeze with friendly and helpful staff at the desk. We had an issue with the toilet continuously running so we were swapped into another room immediately without fuss. Room was spotlessly clean, generous in size and the bed, I just knew would give us an excellent nights sleep..and it did! Great shower too! All in all a great stay for a reasonable tariff. Would definitely stay here again.
