Positive: The proximity of the sea and of the restaurant with good food. Very nice balcony with corner seaside view.

Negative: It depends on your expectation. If you expect conditions similar to a 3 star hotel, you’ll be disapointed. It is a decent room, you have to do your own cleaning. It is equiped with glasses, plates, a pan, a fridge and a small stove. If you expect something similar to a nice campervan, but larger and on the second floor, you will be delighted.

Summary: It was difficult for us, having a disabled child, to climb up to the second floor many times a day. The owners are nice.

Positive: Owners are super kind, attentive and helpful. We are nothing but grateful. WiFi is fast and reliable and the place is quiet and well located: 10 minutes walking to the koutsoupias beach (best one nearby). The restaurant next is also delicious and fairly priced, offering fresh daily produce (also property of the owners).
