Summary: The Tower is simply amazing - it was such a unique and wonderful experience. We stayed with our two teenagers, they loved the rooftop, the medieval surroundings and we all loved the hammock! The location is perfect for exploring, we drove to Orvieto, Tarquinia, Monte Argentario and Giglio Island. Roberto was incredibly helpful both before, during and after the trip, he also responds very promptly to messages. Elvira welcomed us to the tower upon our arrival and was absolutely lovely and so helpful. I can't say enough good things about this property - if you are looking for rugged beauty, history and atmosphere in a unique setting with all the necessities, then this is the place for you! I should add that you can walk into Tuscania where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and places to explore. Stay as long as you can, I hope we'll get the chance to come back one day!

Summary: We stayed at Roberto's tower for 4 nights and had a great time. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscania (and beyond), Roberto was an excellent host, providing valuable information about the property itself, and also Tuscania, and responded to messages very quickly, which was helpful. The property is well-equipped, has plenty of space, although it's split over 3 levels, so bear that in mind if you have young children, or people who struggle with stairs. The roof terrace has fantastic views. The property felt very secure and safe, and even on hot days, stayed relatively cool due to it's thick walls. It's been very nicely renovated inside, with modern touches, and Wi-Fi. A highly recommended place!

Summary: This is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the true Italy beyond the typical tourist destinations of Rome, Florence, or Venice. Incredible tower looking out onto the rolling Italian hillside in one direction and the town of Tuscania's ancient church and walled city in the other. Very central location to do day trips to Lake Bracciano, Bolsena, and civita bagnoregio. And it's all less than 90 minutes from the Rome airport! It is a tower, so just be aware that this wouldn't work well for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs to the bedrooms. But it was absolutely perfect for our group of two adult couples.

Summary: What a great place to relax and take in the surroundings. This property is an easy walk into town or any of the historic sites. The views from the roof top patio are wonderful. There are all of the modern amenities with the charm of an Italian villa, that just happens to be a watch tower. The grounds are filled with fruit trees, flowers, exotic plants with a trellis and picnic table. Highly recommend this property as a Base of exploration of central Italy. We drove to Florence and Rome in just under two hours.

Summary: The Tower, the views, the location, everything was excellent. It is an actual medieval tower beuatifully renovated and decorated. Tuscania and the surroundings have a lot to offer. We were very pleased to stay in the Tower and discover the area. We will certainly come back.

Summary: We liked the tower very much! It was really amazing to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the etruscian valley and to visit the surrounding cities and sights. We really enjoyed our holidays and hope to spend some weeks there again next summer! Claudia and family, München
