Summary: Only one word can describe the beauty of this place: Paradise with a lot of Angels (people who works in the structure) around you. The suite is amazing and unbelievably spacious. The light dinner and the breakfast are really very good. Remember to eat “l’uovo del contadino” at breakfast. Great Spa. I would like to come back as soon is possible to lose myself again in the beauty and quiet of this magical place. Thanks

Summary: What a beautiful property! I would love to thank the amazing Alessandro! He made us feel at home and he’s so passionate about what he does and enjoyed talking to him. The chef was so kind to us also. The property and the place was so lovely and the room was so much nicer than the photos. Will be coming back for sure.

Summary: Stylishly and comfortably appointed, this gem of a stay had a quiet sophistication and world-class service excellence. The view off the pool overlooking one of the extinct volcanoes of centuries past was breathtaking. Every bit of landscaping was manicured beautifully. An invitation to instant relaxation! The in-house restaurant offered a simple but excellent menu for dinner.

Summary: We went on a tour of Sicily in May 2025, and only spent one night at Dimora Cottanera - but it was our favourite stay of the vacation! The grounds and the views were stunning, the facilities first-class and our room was amazing. But the absolute highlight was the wine tasting, which was so much fun and incredible value. The food we had was delicious and complemented the wine superbly. And our host, Salvo, made the experience so special. We absolutely loved our limited time at Dimora Cottanera and would book again in a heartbeat!
