Summary: One of the most beautiful places and spots in Sicily!

Summary: This is a beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend having dinner here, lovely setting to drink the excellent wine whilst overlooking the vineyards it came from, with an absolutely stunning view. It is a small hotel and was a bit short staffed when we went. The pool was beautiful. I wouldn’t necessarily have wanted to stay longer than 1 night because there wasn’t much to do at the hotel but it was fabulous for 1 night. The room (deluxe double) was spacious and really nicely decorated. They also offered complementary drinking water and filled up our drinking bottles before we left which is always a plus.

Summary: We recently stayed at Dimora Cottanera and had a truly wonderful experience. The setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded by vineyards and beautifully restored buildings. The design blends original features with contemporary industrial elements, creating a unique atmosphere where vintage Italian furniture sits perfectly alongside modern finishes. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help me plan a very special proposal to my partner. Their suggestions and support helped create a truly memorable and romantic occasion. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of breads, pastries, cakes, cereals, juices, coffee and freshly prepared egg dishes. The stuffed omelette was a particular favourite. We also enjoyed a fantastic six-course evening meal. The food was delicious throughout, and the wines were outstanding. The 2020 Classic sparkling wine was exceptional and easily comparable to many well-known champagnes. Being able to enjoy wine produced from the vineyard right in front of us made the experience even more special. Our room was immaculate, stylish and comfortable, combining contemporary design with a lovely vintage character. The hot tub was fantastic and became one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the staff couldn't have done more for us, the surroundings are beautiful, and the attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend Dimora Cottanera to anyone.

Summary: Convenient parking, helpful reception, clean and tastefully designed room, knowledgeable Sommelier at the restaurant, stunning views and a delightful breakfast with cooked to order options, what more can you wish for, we are definitely coming back as one night was not enough.

Summary: This is beautiful property and area. Non-touristic, refreshingly. And luxurious at the same time. Dinners are simple, and elegant. Kitchen and dining staff are lovely.

Summary: Only one word can describe the beauty of this place: Paradise with a lot of Angels (people who works in the structure) around you. The suite is amazing and unbelievably spacious. The light dinner and the breakfast are really very good. Remember to eat “l’uovo del contadino” at breakfast. Great Spa. I would like to come back as soon is possible to lose myself again in the beauty and quiet of this magical place. Thanks
