Open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room all joined in one large living space which is great for interacting with your friends / family. Summary: We are group of over 50 folks who met through a Facebook group 5 years and this was our last meet & greet. We had a wonderful time and the home was great! We missed not having a grill, but we made do. I wish we had more time in the house but some of us still had jobs to return to. The host was quick to respond to our inquires. .

Summary: This was a great room set up for our family get together with ample parking. The location was central as well. I would recommend this place. Figuring out what switch worked what light was a bit of a chore. Owner responded quickly to our questions.

Summary: The house was perfect for our large party in town for a wedding. Plenty of room inside and outside. Close to several grocery stores and restaurants. 15 minutes to uptown Charlotte. House was well stocked with linens and towels. Recommend this house for large groups.

Summary: House was a great size for my large family that was in town for a wedding. Everyone had their own room and plenty of bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space to hang out in the common area. The house was located in a great location to walk to get, coffee, dinner and the local park. We did wish there was more seating in the living room area for everyone to sit.
