Negative: Very misleading advertisement!!!!!! It’s in BASEMENT! Pics featured are not at all what you get! That must be the upstairs unit! Washer and dryer are in bedroom. Tenants above were loud walkers

Positive: Loved the convenience of the place and the owner was very very easy to work with.

Negative: The ceiling was low and I smacked my head a couple times going down the stairs

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Easy to access the basement.

Negative: Very confined. Thank God I’m short, husband kept having to duck. Not a lot of counter space to do anything. Never had such a huge stickler on depart time. Someone walked into the basement while we were still trying to pack everything up. That was really alarming then the tone that was given to us was not appropriate.

Summary: Wouldn’t come back. Was a place to sleep, but was not worth the money/value.

Positive: This small yet inviting vacation cottage is in a residential neighborhood. Property definitely shows considerable care/attention to detail. Little front porch and fenced-in backyard with little patio add special welcoming feel. FULL kitchen, full sized frig with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig, and dishes/utensils for the guests' use. Most useful and key for us was large, new washer and dryer! Full sized TV too.

Negative: Obtaining the door code, and getting the dryer to function were a bit of a hassle---not evident why. But we did get it figured out. The small 'leather' couch (probably pull-out bed) was rough to sit on for any length of time. Had to crawl onto bed on left side (next to wall).

Summary: Cozy, updated small 'vacation home' was ideal for our short visit to Cheyenne.
