Positive: The house was a pure magic, well decorated for Christmas, with all the facilities and views to the mountains. We spent 4 days in late December (2 adults and 3 kids). A private sauna was great after a cold day, moreover when you can jump straight into the pool. Dilijan offers also a lot of good restaurants, hikes, monasteries, zipline, deer feeding, and Christmas Market. Thank you to the hosts!
Negative: You will need a car or use taxi to get around. We knew about that so no issue.

Everything worked exactly as described: the AC units kept the rooms perfectly cool, the pool was heated and ready to enjoy, the property was spotless, and every promised accommodation was there. The hosts were not only friendly and welcoming but also hands-on—they personally came out to clean and maintain the entire property during our stay. That level of care is something you just don’t see often. If you’re looking for a place to relax with your family, where you can trust that what you see online is what you’ll get, this is it.
