Positive: New, very clean, great owners and staff, bed was quite comfortable, quiet, price was great for what it was.

Negative: Not that I did not like it, but I believe new owners are working on a menu and dishes. I think a bit more refinement might be needed. However, I did like my cod au gratin. Service was excellent. Great atmosphere and live entertainment.

Summary: Very Good. Glad we stayed ... again.

Positive: Beautiful location, beautiful room, very comfortable bed, the tub was glorious.

Negative: Wish tv pulled off the wall could be turned so you could watch while in the tub. Robes would be a bonus.

Positive: Its clean and fresh, there was a mini fridge and Keurig coffee and bottles of water in room. A separate door and steps to the parking lot as well as access internally through the main floor. Owners were friendly, just a bit distracted with sorting things out in their new business. The potential for this location in the summer is there. Big patio, restaurant, dock...!

Negative: A very recent transition to new owners meant that there was no restaurant on-site (yet). Its a great location for dining on the water, so hopefully thats coming soon. As its late in the season we were the only people there. A little lonely! The water view is kind of "partial", sideways through a glass door. It seems like the larger king suites have direct views and more windows.
