Positive: The rooms were comfortable and clean. The views of the water were excellent.

Negative: We weren’t made aware that the restaurant would be closed.

Positive: Its clean and fresh, there was a mini fridge and Keurig coffee and bottles of water in room. A separate door and steps to the parking lot as well as access internally through the main floor. Owners were friendly, just a bit distracted with sorting things out in their new business. The potential for this location in the summer is there. Big patio, restaurant, dock...!

Negative: A very recent transition to new owners meant that there was no restaurant on-site (yet). Its a great location for dining on the water, so hopefully thats coming soon. As its late in the season we were the only people there. A little lonely! The water view is kind of "partial", sideways through a glass door. It seems like the larger king suites have direct views and more windows.

Positive: Great views, especially of the sunset. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was a perfect easy option for food and drinks, and closed at a reasonable time so didn't disturb our sleep. Room was a good size, and balcony an added bonus!

Negative: For us the bed and pillows were a bit soft - but that is probably just our personal preference.

Negative: The restaurant was closed and we did not know beforehand. We had to go out to eat. The door knob on the outside door to our room came off in my husbands hand and we had to get the owner to replace it.
