Positive: Excellent location to shops, local sights and walking distance to the train station. Communication from the hosts before arrival, eg door codes and key location instructions to communication during our stay was superb. Everything that was needed for a very comfortable stay was provided, even a portable fan.

Positive: Very nice apartment, close to city center with lots of shops and restaurants. Lakeside is just a short walk. Hosts are very friendly, they provided excellent descriptions and recommendations.
Negative: Parking is difficult near the apartment, which is a general issue for Lindau city center. Anyway, the hosts helped to obtain a parking lot not too far away.

Positive: Good location to restaurants and shopping, and Bodensee. A Rewe just a few minutes away, and an ATM very close. Apartment was clean. A bottle of sparkling wine on arrival was nice. Having a kitchen was nice. Communication was good. We arrived 30 minutes early and were able to check in. We were there for the 3-land marathon and starting area was only a few minutes away. We enjoyed our time at the Bodensee.
Negative: I wish the bedroom was bigger, only big enough for a twin bed. So, my son got the bedroom and my husband and I slept in the kitchen. I think it needs to be arranged better. A big couch, and chair in the middle of the room... and a tiny TV (not smart). We had a hard time organizing as where to put things. Shower pressure was weak. A very noisy street. Only 1 window to open for air, and it was stuffy if it was closed, but very noisy to open it. Maybe offer a few more pillows..
Summary: Great Location, and very clean apartment.
