Positive: Fantastic stay overall. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one needs. The bathroom is excellent, with both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for different preferences. The internet speed was fast and reliable and worked well for getting work done and video calls. The large dining table is another highlight, with enough space to comfortably host a meeting with several people if needed. The host is very reliable and communicates clearly and promptly, both before and after the stay, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great setup for both business and leisure stays.

Negative: A hairdryer was missing, but this was easy to solve by buying one at the nearby Rossmann store. Adding a full-length mirror would be highly recommended, especially for guests preparing for meetings or trade fairs. Due to the complexity of the lighting system, a short user manual with pictures would be very helpful. The system works perfectly, but it is not intuitive, especially when arriving and simply wanting the lights to work without trial and error.
