Positive: Diar Illi is just the perfect escape. The place is calm, clean and simply beautiful. Staff are lovely and always helpful and the food is abundant and amazing! It was my third stay there and I will come back!

Positive: We got a nice upgrade to the private bungalow with magnificent view over the valley. Staff is very helpful but it appeared to us that the management is not very adequate to rescue the situation when necessary. In our case a TV set that doesnt work and caused problems with the electricity network in the bungalow.
Negative: The management should take more control when needed. Dont leave everything to the staff personel.

Positive: dinner was the best meal we had in Morocco and was about $25 per person for fall off the bone beef tagine with prunes, mango avocado, cucumber salad with pumpkin seed, veggie phyllo rolls, dessert. Giant clean pool, huge, gorgeous gardens, and grounds with many places to sit and observe a view of the valley, thousands of butterflies and a beautiful rose garden and olive tree Grove with red poppy flowers. The rooms were luxurious and the bedding was perfect. Each bathroom has its own hot water tank- unparalleled compared to other places we stayed. Staff was fantastic and super helpful

Positive: We were lucky to stay in the family bungalow suite at Diar Illi and it was next level amazing. The suite is positioned perfectly on the property. It's private - 2 separate rooms (which worked well for us having 2 older kids, allowing my husband and I to have some space to ourselves) and a little pool. We had views of the valley, mountains and an epic sunset from the suite. It was gorgeous! The dinners were easily some of the best meals we had while in Morocco (we were in the country for over 12 days). Fresh ingredients, delicious combos, huge proportions. The grounds of Diar Illi are vast and well taken care of. Plenty of places to stroll or curl up and relax. Emmanuel was a wonderful host. He really took care of us.
Negative: Some of the rooms and check-in areas are a bit dated.
Summary: A quiet bit a luxury during a busy Moroccan vacation.
