Positive: What an amazing find! Stunning location, right on the beach overlooking Mount Athos and Diaporos island. The beach is perfect, fairly private and right in front of the house. A couple of boat rental companies are a short walk away, very convenient if you wish to spend the day going around Diaporos island. The house is spotless, equipped with everything you might need. Bedrooms upstairs and living room and kitchen downstairs, a few terraces and outside areas made it perfect for sitting out, having a meal with a view of the sea. The owners live in the house next door, and were exceptional hosts - super helpful, kind, always trying to accommodate - felt like being around family.

Positive: The location is excellent! You can’t really ask for anything more! The beach in front of the house has soft sand and no people. There are stunning views in every direction you look. The property is very spacious both inside and outside. It is very private and in excellent condition! The hosts live in the house next door and are the KINDEST and NICEST people we have ever met! They were always open and happy to help with anything we need including driving my wife to a pharmacy and removing the language barrier. The hosts are very smart and highly educated and you can always find more and more topics to discuss if you want. We truly enjoy every conversation and every interaction! At the same time they make sure to keep their distance so you can have your privacy and enjoy their wonderful property! I highly recommend this property to everyone regardless of your family status. We were there with our small kids and they really enjoyed playing in the huge yard. The water was super clean and surprisingly warm!

Negative: We have spent 3 full weeks there with small kids and we literally can’t point even one thing that could be better! If we could we would live there!

Summary: The luxury of having the sea at your doorstep! Simply excellent!

Positive: We, a family of 4, have like everything: from the pre-arrival communication until departure; communication during our stay; the care during the stay. The property itself is above expectations: the cleanest ever we have had in Greece; furniture; equipped kitchen; mosquito nets; air conditioning.

Negative: There is nothing :)

Positive: Villa Diapori was everything we have expected and more.... The location is perfect for a relaxing family holiday by the sea. We were with a baby and a 7 year old and the fact that you need to take 15 steps from your coffee table to the sea was perfect. The sea was great and the the Diapori island adds its charm as well as shields the bay so there are no big waves and it is quite safe for children. The beach is calm, family friendly and there are no crowds. The garden is huge, and has some old big trees that give wonderful shade, so we were able to leave the baby take her day naps in the shade and sea breeze, while we enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds. There is a huge, very comfortable barbeque area where we enjoyed making fresh fish everyday. The house is very comfortable, and the hosts have thought about everything so you can feel at home. The kitchen is big and very comfortable. There is all you need for small babies, a cot and a baby feeding chair. There is covered parking for your car and safety was the hosts main priority. There are mosquitos in Sithonia, and the house has magnetic, very well made nets on all the doors and window, that close behind you with a spring, very very useful when you have your hands full. Right next to the villa there are a couple of small boat rental places, we rented a small boat for 2 days in a row and did some amazing beach hopping on the Diapori island and swam in the blue water of the blue lagoon. The amazing part was that when it was time for lunch we just docked the boat on Villa Diapori's private boat parking and went home to relax, refill the cooler with refreshments and have some lunch, before jumping back on the boat and heading out again. The hosts live in the adjacent house, Kostas and his mom are wonderful people who are exceptionally hospitable. Kostas gave us great advice on where to buy fresh fish, meat, best places to eat and where to shop.

Positive: It is the best possible combination of a quiet, still pristine and serene location, and a generous property, meticulously arranged and cared for by Kostas and his mother Anna, the friendliest and kindest hosts you could wish for, who treat every guest like family. It is definitely the place to go for a relaxed, care-free and satisfying holiday.

Positive: My family and I are delighted. The place is chic. House with access to the best beach, especially if you are relaxing with a child. The water is clean, it is a couple of degrees warmer than on other beaches. We had sunbeds and umbrellas at our disposal. The coast is sandy. Everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail. There is absolutely everything you might need. The house is clean, very beautiful, with a gorgeous sea view from all bedrooms. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I will give one of the examples. My daughter really wanted to catch a fish with a net. The owner's mother, when she saw daughter's unsuccessful attempts, built a special structure with which my daughter was able to catch a fish. The daughter was extremely happy. The holiday exceeded our expectations, thanks for that to the owners!
